Superb amp. I’ve been playing for over 50 years and have owned just about every kind of amp from vintage to boutique. I haven’t played a single amp that is better than my Clifton Junior. Great tone, great build, great look, but the important thing is that the eq is voiced so that I can get delicious sounds out of every different kind of guitar I play. The mid control and bias pot are also really helpful additions to a classic circuit. This amp is just killer with a Tele and can really get that luscious SRV Strat tone at sensible volumes.
